Heartache and Survival: The Shannon Ortiz Story
Shannon lost her husband in 2016 to suicide. Her story of coping and survival are a reminder to us that mental health issues can strike any family. Shannon told her story to Gary Rivers this morning with the hope that people suffering from depression will get the help they need. Shannon is the Vice-President of the Stark County Chapter of NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness)
